Senior Software Engineer- Backend Developer, R&D
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN OUR SW TEAM?
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining agent software running on Windows systems
- Writing new components primarily in Rust, and maintaining legacy components in C++
- Collaborating with remote teams to ensure smooth integration
- Participating in an agile development process, including planning, code reviews, and continuous integration
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
- Strong proficiency in Rust, C++, or both
- Strong OOP Skills and understanding of basic software engineering principles
- At least 2 years of experience developing production grade software
- Solid understanding of Windows programming, including system APIs
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT)
- Good English (both written and verbal), especially in cross-cultural collaboration

NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT NECESSARY)
- Familiarity with gRPC or similar communication protocols

- Experience with JIRA or other issue tracking tools
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins)
