HR Manager

Our global center in Pilsen is looking for a HR Manager who will take care of our branch and who will support managers and employees in HR related topics.

 

In the global center in Pilsen we develop, customize, deliver and support products that help manage and monitor banking transactions and ATMs worldwide from Pilsen.

With us, you can:

  • Take care of HR agenda for a team of 140 people (mainly IT roles)
  • Cooperate closely with managers and support them in HR related topics
  • Recruit new colleagues
  • Ensure daily HR business in global center in Pilsen
  • Realize HR processes related to start, termination of a transfer of employees
  • Prepare basic inputs for payroll and communicate with our external payroll specialist
  • Administrate labor-law documents
  • Improve the HR processes and develop them
  • Build a friendly atmosphere and relationships
  • Be part of employer branding activities
  • Manage internal HR systems, update them and provide regular reports
  • Cooperate with local and global HR team
  • Solve ad hoc HR request
  • Become a member of an international company but feel like in a bunch of friends
